BAAHSC Kicks Off 2025 with a Successful Online Workshop
Following the success of our first-ever online workshop in 2024, BAAHSC proudly hosted our first workshop of 2025 on the evening of March 24 at 7:30 PM.
Carefully organized by our core volunteers, the event was designed to support community members who have been following and supporting our mission. This time, we focused on one of the most requested and practical topics: "How to Read and Use the Monthly Affordable Housing Resources List."
The response was overwhelming—with over 100 people registering for the first time ever and more than 40 participants joining live online!
Our BAAHSC presenters delivered the workshop in a clear and accessible way, and feedback from our post-event survey showed that attendees found the content highly useful. The interactive Q&A session that followed the main presentation was especially engaging, with many attendees expressing that the workshop gave them the clarity and confidence to begin the affordable housing application process.

幸福湾居 2025 首场线上工作坊圆满收官
继 2024 年我们首次成功举办线上工作坊之后，2025 年 3 月 24 日晚间 7:30，BAAHSC 的核心义工们为广大关注我们组织的友邻们精心策划了一场主题线上讲座。
本次活动聚焦于大家最关心的入门问题——“如何解读每月房源列表”，受到了广泛关注与支持。初步注册人数首次突破百人大关，线上实际参与人数也多达四十余人！
幸福湾居的专员们深入浅出、精心准备的讲座内容，让与会者在会后问卷中纷纷表示“非常实用”；专题讲座结束后的互动问答环节更是反响热烈，令人意犹未尽。在一个多小时的时间里，来宾们畅所欲言，并纷纷表示这次讲座让他们在申请房源方面不再感到无从下手！
