New Housing Outlook – 3050 International

The 3050 International project, located in Oakland, is an innovative mixed-use development in collaboration with the Native American Health Center (NAHC). This five-story, mixed-use residential building, set to be completed in May 2025, is primarily designed for families, offering 76 family-sized apartments, including one, two, and three-bedroom units.

The community will feature comprehensive amenities, such as a community activity room, outdoor recreational spaces, a large laundry room, and service offices. In addition, NAHC will provide a wide range of community services, including a cultural community center, pediatric dental services, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) welfare programs, and medical care for both women and children. The rents for these apartments will range from 20% to 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), making them affordable for a wide range of residents.

Location

3050 International Blvd. is situated in the vibrant Fruitvale District of Oakland, California. Known for its rich cultural diversity, this area is home to a strong Latinx community and numerous businesses. Nearby amenities include a variety of restaurants, shops, and community service centers, creating a convenient and accessible environment for residents. Additionally, the area boasts a well-developed public transportation system, ensuring easy mobility for its inhabitants.

This project will not only provide affordable housing but also expand access to medical services, helping NAHC meet the growing needs of the community and enhance support for local residents.
